European and American garages are widely converted into workshops & lounge areas, pushing up dedicated HVAC demands. Pipe-free inverter units are ideal for post-installation in garages, creating a promising niche blueocean market for HVAC exporters.

Overseas markets have diverse HVAC operation habits. New-generation inverter HVAC supports dual-control solutions including third-party 24V thermostat and Wi-Fi wired controller. One hardware platform fits newbuild and retrofit projects and reduces distributors’ SKU stock pressure.

The global HVAC retrofit market keeps expanding. Inverter units compatible with third‑party indoor units skip pipe & wiring rework, bringing new business opportunities for overseas distributors in residential, garage and light‑commercial renovation projects.
